Fibreglass Pool Restoration Process
Once your fibreglass Pool is drained we grind the pool back to ensure the blackspot and blistering is removed. Any repairs are completed after the grinding, and the surface is chemically cleaned to remove any residues. the Resurfacing process then begins with the application of multiple layers of resin and a layer of fibreglass. The final coat is applied after the fibreglass has cured and has been sanded to ensure a smooth attractive surface. We recommend 3 days curing time before the pool is filled and ready for the chemicals to be added. There are a number of attractive colours to choose from the aquagard product range.
